The shared vision of a remarkable team of designers and architects come brilliantly to life in this magnificent grand residence tower. The elegant composition of Trump Palace epitomizes the artistry of The Sieger Suarez Architectural Patrnership, evidenced by the softly curved shapes of the building, its pools, waterfalls, terrace gardens, and its uninterrupted views of the Atlantic. When choosing the concept for the tower, its designers sought to create a statement of undisputed luxury found nowhere else.
Complementing this statement of elegance is the palette of sea, sky and sand chosen by interior designer Michael Wolk, renowned for his highly sophisticated yet unique sensibilities.
Informed by his experience designing oceanfront resorts and luxury residences throughout the Bahamas and Florida Keys, Wolk’s concepts include a dramatic wall of two 20-foot-high aquariums, flanked by winding marble staircases that greet guests as they enter the lobby and emphasize the grand scale luxury of Trump Palace and its environs.

Guests will also encounter yet another highly distinctive architectural feature, a concierge desk crafted of onyx and placed under a richly goldleafed canopy. Throughout, interior elements juxtapose the bold application of exotic woods and plush textures against the distinct quality of light and color unique to the South Florida sea.
